The Harmony of Candles and Words
I started making candles for myself and it occurred to me that candles can offer a moment of reflection or evoke memories. This can be either through the look and feel of the flame and candle itself or the smell it emits.
As a coach, reflection and sub conscious thought are at the heart of what I do. Therefore, I decided to pair each candle with a carefully crafted article that explores the theme embedded in its Latin name. The texts offer insights, techniques, and reflective prompts that aid self-discovery and growth as they stimulate the subconscious mind.
It is merely an opportunity to self-reflect, even try out some techniques in the comfort of your own home. There is no pressure to interact with anyone else or incur any additional expense, other than the candle itself, which I hope you enjoy.
